Recycling

From rubble to reusable aggregates

At Bosschaert, construction and demolition waste gets a second life. With our crushing and screening facilities, we process rubble into high-quality aggregates that can be reused in industrial construction and infrastructure projects.

We process materials both at our site and directly on-site. This reduces transport, minimizes waste streams, and contributes to a more efficient and sustainable construction sector.

Recycling as a logical step in the construction process

Recycling plays a crucial role in modern construction and infrastructure projects. By crushing, screening, and reusing materials, we reduce waste streams and maximize the use of existing raw materials. This contributes to a circular approach.

Thanks to our in-house lab, we can meet Copro and Benor standards.

Our expertise in
Recycling

By processing rubble directly on-site or at our facility, we can efficiently recycle materials and make them available for new applications. Our facilities enable the production of various types of aggregates used in road construction, infrastructure projects, and foundations.

Waste disposal

At our facility, certain waste streams can be controlled, deposited, and processed according to applicable regulations.

Temporary soil storage facility (TOP)

Our temporary soil storage facility (TOP) allows for temporary storage of soil and its subsequent reuse in other projects.

Crushing of rubble

With mobile crushing plants, we process concrete and rubble into reusable aggregates. This can be done both at our facility and directly on-site.

Screening of soil and rubble

By screening materials, different fractions are separated, making them reusable for construction and infrastructure projects.

Sale of aggregates

Both contractors and private individuals can bring their construction or demolition waste to Bosschaert. In our crushing and screening plant, we selectively recycle this waste into high-quality recycled aggregates. These aggregates can then be reused in various applications within construction and infrastructure projects.

Recycled Aggregates:
Screened sand
Crushed sand
Concrete aggregates
Mixed aggregates
Crushed limestone
Topsoil
Finely screened soil

COPRO-certified

All our recycled aggregates are COPRO-certified. This label guarantees, among other things, the construction-technical and hygienic quality of the materials. This way, our customers can trust that the aggregates meet the applicable standards and can be safely used in construction and infrastructure projects.
