A combination of new construction and renovation led to the realization of 24 business units. This involved building 14 new units, while an existing industrial building was converted into 10 additional units. The building underwent a thorough transformation, including new facades, floors, roof, gates, windows, doors, and a complete interior paint job. We were responsible for the full coordination, including the installation of utilities and public connections, which ensured a smooth and successful project execution.
